Virtue

I may not have travelled far and wide but I know there are many souls with grief and scars there is happiness in some parts of the world, but also pain in many others. Have we ever thought what power we would have if we thought of us together and offer our hands to support each other? It doesn’t matter in what way we might help those in need, wipe someone’s tear off their face, or spread the most contagious quality called joy. There is more to our lives than just schedule, don’t we ever stop to think what difference our step towards making a difference can make. We may have boundaries for ourselves and our homelands too, but have we ever considered the barriers separating me and you. I don’t intend this to be read anyone in particular I want to send out this message who are capable of taking that step --EVERYONE-- we select our leaders they run our country well, but when is the last time we saw a public figure say ”I will”. It wrenches my heart to see the sufferings of my fellow beings around the world. I feel so helpless by the atrocities that occur, can’t we make a difference? Are we nothing together? Have we just propagated unity and been left alone with individuality; many of us are lucky to have what we do, I am not saying to count our blessings or just be sad. Have we ever thought the difference some individuals can make, they change the world around us for our sake, selfless and forever enduring. Each and every being in the world has a hero, why can’t we all strive to become like them or just push our limits to impact everyone else. We are civilized and we know what sacrifice is all about, or what it takes to take a step out, out of the way…… Are we so busy in our schedule that we don’t see the suffering around us, have we always taken advantage of the freedom offered to us, is it fair that we can take advantage of our freedom and some others cannot even utilize theirs because they don’t have it. How long are we going to endure these atrocities? why can’t we stand up? what’s pulling us back? have we ever observed this chaos or even felt it? anti social elements taking lives for reasons even they don’t understand. When is the last time we felt that if given the chance WE WILL make a difference, how long are we going to wait for it, if we can wait for a chance we can also make our own. In what way can we make a difference? Any possible way, excel in whatever we are doing, get into the system, start making a difference at our level, spread our awareness, spread our zeal, spread our cause, don’t be a part of a group, don’t start an organization, work individually, we will succeed, do we ever stop to think what we want to look back on, at the end of it all? We always think of reaching for paradise, don’t we see what we have in sights; we just need to make a small variation.

A spark can start off a fire, be the spark. Burn everything unjust in our path and in the path of every living being. Explore the deepest corners of our heart, enlighten the darkest ends of our mind, never stop, and forever strive. Make a change, be it small or big, be the change, give the future something to expect from us. Eliminate domination, don’t let anyone look down on us, burn sympathy, we deserve better, forget competition; we don’t need comparison. Douse negativity and let the blazing desire to do what we want, rise to the skies. Excuse our excuses. Wear out ignorance and embrace responsibility, feel accountable in some way to every atrocity in the world, either by being a part of it or by being ill-bred by standing by. There is always time, reduce our perception of the macro nature of time, rediscover what we can do every moment of each day. Anyone who sets sight on, we should encapsulate our essence at a single glance. Rediscover what we see in the mirror each day. Every moment someone reads this, is when the sands of time fall in our favor, doesn’t mean you have to be inspired by what you see here, find the inspiration within you and follow your own set path to being a legend. We are here for a reason, which when realized will lead us to evolution, rather than the brink of extinction. We have taken this long to become civilized is it impossible to strive to be human?
